This notice describes how UGO Enterprises LLC (“UGO”) handles CCTV monitoring data in connection with remote surveillance services.
1. Client Ownership
All video footage and camera systems are owned and controlled by the client or third-party platform provider—not UGO.
2. Data We Access
UGO may view:

Live video feeds

Event-triggered alerts
-
Motion notifications
UGO does not store full video recordings.
3. Incident Documentation
If an event occurs, UGO may generate an incident report containing:

Summary description
-
Date + time reference
-
Screenshot(s) when necessary
These reports may be shared only with authorized client contacts.
4. Temporary Data Retention
Screenshots and reports may be retained by UGO for:

Service logs
-
Training
-
Compliance
-
Client communication
Retention periods vary but generally do not exceed 12 months, unless legally required.
5. Data Security
UGO will:

Use secure communication channels

Limit access to trained personnel

Not sell or distribute video data
6. Third-Party Platforms
Monitoring may utilize third-party tools. Their privacy practices apply separately.
Clients must maintain:

Functional hardware
-
Stable internet connectivity
-
Platform subscriptions (if required)
7. Limitations
UGO is not liable for:

Hardware malfunction
-
Poor video quality
-
Power/internet failure
-
Missed detection due to equipment limitations
UGO monitoring is not a replacement for:
-
Alarm systems
-
Emergency services
-
On-site security
8. Data Destruction
Upon service termination or per client request, UGO will delete retained screenshots/reports unless legally required otherwise.
