We at UGO Enterprises, LLC are working to make our site www.ugoenterprises.com accessible to people with disabilities.
What web accessibility is
Last updated: 11/05/2025
Website: www.ugoenterprises.com
UGO Enterprises, LLC is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and applicable ADA requirements so that all visitors can access information, book services, and contact us without barriers.
Our commitment in practice
-
Keyboard access: All interactive elements (menus, buttons, forms, modals) are navigable via keyboard (Tab/Shift+Tab/Enter/Escape).
-
Headings & structure: Pages use clear headings (H1–H3), lists, and landmarks to support screen readers.
-
Contrast & color: We aim for color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA and never rely on color alone to convey meaning.
-
Images: Informational images include descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked as decorative.
-
Links & buttons: Descriptive labels indicate purpose and destination.
-
Forms: Every input has an associated label, clear instructions, error messages, and success confirmation.
-
Media: New videos include captions; where meaningful, we add transcripts or audio descriptions.
-
Motion & animations: Reduced motion is respected when your device/OS preference is set to “Reduce Motion.”
-
Responsive design: Pages reflow on mobile and desktop without loss of content or functionality.
-
Language: The site declares its page language and uses plain language wherever possible.
Supported assistive technologies & browsers
We aim to support recent versions of:
-
Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack
-
Browsers: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox
-
Devices: Desktop, tablet, and mobile
Some combinations may behave differently. If you experience an issue, please tell us (details below).
Ongoing accessibility work
We view accessibility as a continuous improvement process. Our efforts include:
-
Periodic automated and manual audits
-
Fixing issues found during testing or reported by users
-
Staff and contractor training on accessible content creation
-
Adding accessibility checks to our content and product workflows
Known limitations
We are actively working to improve the following areas:
-
Legacy PDFs: Some older PDFs may not be fully tagged for accessibility. On request, we can provide an accessible HTML or tagged PDF version.
-
Third-party widgets: Embedded maps, schedulers, or payment components from third parties may not fully meet WCAG AA. We advocate for accessible vendors and provide alternative contact and booking options.
If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please let us know.
Requesting accommodations
If you need an accommodation to access information or complete a task (for example, a large-print document, transcript, assistance with booking, or an alternative payment method), contact us:
-
Email: [info.ugoenterprises@gmail.com]
-
Phone: [989-586-5122] (Relay services welcome)
Please include: the page/feature where you experienced an issue, the assistive technology you’re using (if any), and your contact info. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
