Cancelation & Refund Policies

At UGO Enterprises LLC (“UGO,” “we,” “our”), we strive to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning and remote CCTV monitoring services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

1. Cleaning Services
A) Client Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before service:
    No cancellation fee.

  • Within 24 hours of service:
    A $50 cancellation fee applies.

  • Same-day or no-show cancellation:
    Full-service fee may be charged.

B) Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is permitted at no cost when requested more than 24 hours before service.

  • Requests within 24 hours are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

C) Contractor No-Shows

If a contractor fails to arrive or complete service, UGO will:

  • Attempt to reassign another contractor; or

  • Issue credit toward a future booking

Refunds may be evaluated case-by-case.

D) Unsatisfactory Service

If service is incomplete or unsatisfactory:

  • Client must notify UGO within 24 hours

  • UGO may offer:

    1. A re-clean; or

    2. Partial credit

    3. Refunds are not guaranteed.

2. Remote CCTV Monitoring Services
A) Cancellations

  • Service may be canceled with 30 days’ notice

  • Monthly plans are non-refundable once the month begins

  • Prepaid multi-month plans are non-refundable

B) Early Termination

If a client wishes to terminate before the end of the billing period:

  • No prorated refund will be issued

C) Service Changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades will apply at the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Exclusions

No refunds will be issued due to:

  • Inaccurate booking information from clients

  • Client failure to provide access to property

  • Hardware malfunction outside UGO control

  • Internet/network issues at client location

  • Acts of nature or third-party disruptions

4. Processing

Approved refunds or credits are processed within 7–10 business days.
